Wind down every Wednesday evenings in London for an all-level Hatha/Vinyasa class:
Price: £12
What: The class will be a mix of Hatha and Vinyasa, suitable for all levels. Hatha is a slower practice great to build strength and focus, while Vinyasa aligns with the breath, flowing from pose to pose with transitions in between.
When: Every Wednesday from the 5th April 5:30pm-6:30pm
Where: West Hampstead Community Centre 17 Dornfell St, London NW6 1QN
All levels are welcome and I'll provide hands-on adjustments for those happy to receive.
My mantra is: "do what feels good for your body". I always encourage my students to go at their own pace, and listen to their needs, while challenging themselves when it feels right.
How to get there: The community centre is located at 10 mins walk from West Hampstead station, 15 mins walk from Finchley Road & Frognal station, 15 mins from Kilburn station, 20 mins walk from Cricklewood station.
What to bring:
- Yoga mats are provided but you can bring your own
- Water bottle
- Any props if you have them (blocks/straps)
Please precise the date of your booking when you place an order.
