Join me every Sunday afternoon in London for an all-level Hatha/Vinyasa class!
Feel the grass between your toes, the fresh breeze of summer through your hair, the sun caressing your skin and connect with the earth.
This is a great experience to do by yourself or with friends, partners, kids... All levels are welcome and I'll provide hands-on adjustments for those happy to receive.
My mantra is: "do what feels good for your body". I always encourage my students to go at their own pace, and listen to their needs, while challenging themselves when it feels right.
What: The class will be a mix of Hatha and Vinyasa, suitable for all levels. Hatha is a slower practice great to build strength and focus, while Vinyasa aligns with the breath, flowing from pose to pose with transitions in between.
When: Every Sunday (weather dependant!)
Where: Canary Wharf, 10 Bank Street (location might change depending on availability but you will be informed in advance).
How to get there: From Canary Wharf station, walk towards Bank Street. Pass JP Morgan and Heron Quays DLR. The park will be on your left.
What to bring:
- Yoga mat/towel
- Water bottle
- Any props if you have them (blocks/straps)
About the teacher:
