AtĀ Ladina Yoga, we believe that yoga is not just a practice, but a way of life. It is our mission to make yoga accessible to everyone, regardless of their background or financial situation. That's why weĀ are so excited to announce the launch of our new initiative in collaboration with our friends at Ubuntu Spirit: FREE yoga classes!
Starting 3rd May,Ā we will be offering complimentary yoga classes to both our communities at Ladina Yoga and Ubuntu Spirit. These classes are open to yoga practitioners of all levels, from beginners to seasoned practitioners. Whether you're brand new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, everyone is welcome to join us on the mat.
Our goal is to create a supportive and inclusive space whereĀ you can come together to explore the benefits of yoga. From improving flexibility and strength to reducing stress and finding inner peace, yoga has the power to transform lives.
Led by experienced yoga teacherĀ Donna Peart, our free classes will cover Hatha Yoga, suitable for complete beginners. Each session will be thoughtfully curated to cater to the needs and interests of our diverse community.
Following the 3rd May launch, yoga classes will be held online on a weekly basis.
We understand that access to yoga classes can be a barrier for many, which is why we're committed to breaking down those barriers and making yoga more accessible to everyone. By offering these free classes, we hope to empower you to prioritise your health and well-being, regardless of your financial circumstances.
So mark your calendars and spread the word! Whether you're a longtime yogi or someone who's curious to give yoga a try, we invite you to join us for our free yoga classes and experience the joy of practice together.

As this is a free event, please only register if you can definitely make it. If for any reasons you need to cancel, please let us know so we can allocate the space to someone else.Ā
AFTER THE CLASS
We will serve herbal tea and some refreshments. Feel free to stay and enjoy a cup of tea with us or browse Ladina Yoga products if you would like.Ā
WHAT TO BRING
- Anything that may help you will your practice, such as an eye mask or scarf to cover your eye with for the relaxation at the end or a blanket if you wish.Ā
- Water bottle. Water is avaliable at the venue.
- Cash or card if you wish to make any purchases from the pop up shop.Ā
YOGA MATS PROVIDED BY LADINA YOGA.Ā
Of course, if you prefer to use your own mat, please feel free to bring this along.Ā
