🎨 Origami Making Workshop (3:15PM-4:15PM): Find calm and focus through the mindful practice of origami. Under the guidance of our skilled artist Yukako Shibata, you'll learn the delicate folds and techniques to create a beautiful crane origami hanging. Origami is not just about crafting paper—it's a mindful practice that encourages focus, patience, and creativity. The crane has many positive meanings behind it such as: health, longevity, love and peace. It is also the most well-known traditional origami design.

🌺 Community Connection: Meet and connect with a community of like-minded individuals passionate about yoga, creativity, and cultural exploration. Connect with like-minded individuals in a supportive, inclusive and welcoming community. It's a wonderful activity to do by yourself, or with your loved one(s).

Spaces are limited! Reserve your spot now for an exclusive and intimate workshop and embark on a journey of self-discovery, creativity, and community connection.

Learning a new skill is a wonderful way to learn how to be mindful and present in the moment. Unwind from the fast-paced world we live in and destress by picking up some paper and creating something to be proud of.
