Egyptian yoga is a spiritual practice that draws inspiration from ancient Egyptian culture, mythology, and philosophy. It combines yoga postures, breathwork, meditation, and spiritual teachings to promote physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
Egyptian yoga or SmaiTawi is not widely known or practiced compared to other forms of yoga, but it has gained a following among individuals interested in exploring the spiritual and cultural roots of ancient Africa.
