Looking for local yoga classes for beginners in North London?

Join me every Monday for a yoga and mindfulness practice at Cricklewood Library, 6pm-7pm

This is a yoga class for beginners who want to learn yoga but find it painful to learn and practice yoga at home.

If you prefer to learn yoga and mindfulness in the classroom with an inclusive yoga teacher, I've got you!

I am a certified yoga teacher, and I am specialised in teaching beginners and providing safe hands-on-assist.

In my weekly classes, you will learn:

  • How to use yoga props such as yoga blocks and straps
  • Mindfulness exercises to feel better
  • Mindfulness for anxiety and stress
  • Meditation
  • Gentle yoga (asanas)
  • Breathing techniques (pranayamas)

There is so much to learn in yogaland and it can sometimes get intimidating. The best thing you can do is to find a cosy, inclusive safe space to start your yoga journey.
