What To Do When You Feel Off-Track
What do you do when you have that unsettling feeling of being off-track?
I tend to go inwards and escape reality by distracting myself with entertainment (I'm a professional TV-show binge). But recently I am discovering that feeling a little lost is OK and that it could be a path to find yourself again. And summer is just the perfect time for getting a little lost and discover new things.
