Yoga Classes for Beginners
Looking for local yoga classes for beginners in North London? Join Founder Maysun Hassanaly every Monday for a yoga and mindfulness practice at Cricklewood Library, 6pm-7pm. You will learn:
- How to use yoga props such as yoga blocks and straps
- Mindfulness exercises to feel better
- Mindfulness for anxiety and stress
